Terms of Use (TOU)
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (TOU) govern the access and use of the Skilltrick application (hereinafter referred to as 'the Application'). By accessing the Application, you agree to comply with these TOU.
2. Definitions
- - User: any person who accesses and uses the Application.
- - Service: the set of features provided by MossPig LAB through the Skilltrick application, including but not limited to assistance for academic and professional tests.
3. Purpose
The Skilltrick Application allows users to improve their performance during online tests by providing assistance through artificial intelligence.
4. Registration and User Account
Access to certain features of the Application requires creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Use of the Application
You agree to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and not infringe the rights of others. It is prohibited to use the Application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application and all its components (source code, design, text, etc.) are the exclusive property of MossPig LAB. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
7. Liability
MossPig LAB shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions of the Application or errors of the AI. The User uses the Application at their own risk.
8. Personal Data
Data collected during registration and use of the Application is processed in accordance with MossPig LAB's privacy policy. You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, and delete your data.
9. Changes to the TOU
MossPig LAB reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. The modifications will be published on this page and will take effect as soon as they are published.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
