Terms of Sale (TOS)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (TOS) govern the sale of Skilltrick.AI subscriptions and services offered by MossPig LAB (hereinafter 'the Application'). By subscribing to a subscription or making a purchase, the User agrees to these TOS.

2. Subscriptions and Pricing

Subscriptions are offered based on different pricing plans, as detailed on the Application's pricing page. Prices are stated in euros and may change at any time, subject to the conditions in effect at the time of your subscription.

3. Payment Methods

Payment for subscriptions is made by credit card or any other method indicated on the platform. Payments are secured through an authorized payment service provider.

4. Duration and Termination

Subscriptions are concluded for a fixed term. The User may cancel their subscription at any time but will not be entitled to a refund for the current period. MossPig LAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access in case of non-compliance with the TOS.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the User acknowledges and agrees that, due to the digital nature of the service, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the subscription is made and access to the service has started. The User therefore waives their right of withdrawal as soon as they agree to start using the Application immediately after subscribing. However, the User may cancel their subscription at any time, with effect for the next renewal, but no refund will be provided for the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the content and services provided by MossPig LAB are reserved. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the services provided, except for those specifically granted by the subscription.

7. Liability

MossPig LAB shall not be held liable for any consequences related to the use of the Application. Under no circumstances shall MossPig LAB's liability exceed the amount of the subscription paid by the User.

8. Changes to the TOS

MossPig LAB reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be notified to the User and will take effect immediately upon publication.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during subscription to the service is processed in accordance with Skilltrick's privacy policy. The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the city where MossPig LAB is headquartered.
